I want to share the story of my first startup. The idea came to my mind early in the morning in the first days of March 2007 after a hard night work on the next projects. In preparation for bedtime, I saw the transfer to the RTR "Russian Lotto" and thought: why not do this on the Internet? (a banal phrase, well, actually, yes ... :-)) Search in runet of similar projects did not give me anything and I, overjoyed, began to write a small business plan for the project.

The cost of the project as it turned out were significant:
- buy a license for the lottery - lotprom.ru
- permission from the tax service
- mobile sms platform for buying tickets via the Internet
- advertising

I did not take into account the costs of developing the Internet project itself, since I have been doing this myself for a long time.
But then everything went wrong: the time was not enough to make more accurate budgets, then the current projects were in a desolation. As a result, I see in the list of new projects of Lebedev this is www.lottoshop.ru And everything seems painfully familiar to me)) Here it is - “The first lottery on the Internet”. After almost a year, it opened, only by other people and with a different name.
What is surprising: the system of drawing is identical with mine - through a webcam (now they have everything on the site for some reason, but it used to be like a video with draws).
But in any case, I ask you not to think that by this topic I want to say that my idea and so on ... No, everything is fine and ideas fly in the air. Someone caught it with me, but showed great perseverance in its implementation, I can only congratulate them on this))
I am more interested in how it pays off and how much profit this project brings. Is it coming to get at least a little to the numbers I have stated in the project description? If yes, then I will only be glad that I can generate such good ideas))
Although, on the other hand, they still could have thought better of the system of drawing and participating in the game, in my opinion, it is not perfect with them.
What I want to say in the end: do not lose ideas and bring them to the end!
