Tesla will distribute 100 charging stations to Airbnb hosts

Tesla and Airbnb (the latter, by the way, is on Geektimes) decided to hold a joint action . So, 100 different hosts (apartments or houses that are rented out on Airbnb) will receive one Tesla charging station, and this is completely free. Now we are talking only about the West Coast of the United States, and not the whole world. So, if you live in this region and rent your house or apartment, it's time to take part in this action. Airbnb is an online platform for hosting, searching and short-term rental of private housing around the world.

The initiators of the project have already stated that charging stations will be provided mainly to homeowners with good reviews. The Tesla-ready list of houses already includes 12 different positions (at the time of writing). If there is a desire to participate, then this can be done by filling out the appropriate form on the site.

It is worth noting that the happy owner of a free charging station still does not do without spending: you will need from $ 200 to $ 900 to install such a system.
