A few days ago, the first National Minecraft Championship, which took place in the USA, California, Santa Monica, was completed. The winner was a 10-year-old student from Los Angeles. He scored the most points in custom mods for the game, with which gamers showed the wonders of creativity, teamwork and ingenuity.
As a prize a student received a prize from Super Bolt and a $ 5,000 prize in the form of a scholarship. In total, more than a thousand players from virtually all US regions took part in the championship (because the championship was named national).
According to the representative of Super League Gaming, the organizer of the championship, Julien (that is the name of the winner) has incredible results. The boy showed a high class game, including teamwork, and this allowed him to become a champion. According to the organizers of the competition, it is this game that allows children and adults to show their own skills and ingenuity. The student participated in the championship as a member of the Seven Arrows Elementary Team. The team won a total of $ 10,000. These funds are also provided as scholarships for training.
Not only schoolchildren took part in the championship, but also university students, older people. Many of the participants were much more experienced Minecraft players than Julien. Nevertheless, thanks to his quick-wittedness and numerous ideas, he was able to snatch victory, and the advantage was quite large.
