From the point of view of the Chinese industry, Spetslab did not do anything significant, except for a huge emphasis on quality: neither such electronics, nor such a program, nor such thorough testing of tests, nor even the steel from which the device was made, in China, is ready to be found . But from the point of view of the absent Russian industry, Spetslab certainly made, though small, but a breakthrough.
At least, this product is competitive in our country, because, in those tenders where real testing is under way, the Special Lab is bypassing everyone: the Chinese, the Germans, and others. Fortunately, there are more and more honest tests, and officials are beginning to ask for quality. Here is one such example where many representatives from both the state and private business participated in the tender commission - it was impossible to grease and brush up.

Here everyone was allowed to shoot on video and even gave permission to publish this video in the media. So, probably, ALL tenders should pass.
A simple-looking device requires the introduction of a substantial number of technologies from different industries. That and microelectronics - Spetslab develops video and sound digitizing boards. This and programming - Spetslab writes programs for both onboard chips and client computers under Windows and Linux. This is also the case metalworking - Spetslab designs and manufactures steel structures with complex (well, or rather complicated) laser cutting patterns. These are test laboratories, quality control, innovative research - all that is necessary for serious production.
It is not enough to do it once, you have to go through the experience of installations and make a number of significant changes, it is also a long promotional process.
For example, from the very first systems it was clear that it was necessary to turn the camera at a 90-degree angle, because in its usual position she did not see people either too high or too low.
On noisy streets, no voice is heard, because Gain is cut to prevent feedback. We recalled the Lenin Prize, issued to a Soviet scientist who developed a microphone for military radio stations, which makes it possible to speak normally in combat conditions.

Video emergency communication "Citizen-Police", allows any citizen to quickly report the incident in the city. Once we made them on the basis of a GSM intercom - by the way, also produced by Spetslab, now more and more on IP - and also based on the IP intercom produced by Spetslab.
Emergency communication consoles can be installed anywhere in the city where there is an IP or GSM channel nearby, and provide video and two-way audio communication with the city’s internal affairs department’s Attendance Control Centers. The “Citizen-Police” panels can be used both as a separate system and fit into the overall architecture of the distributed integrated complex “ Safe City ”.
Classical points of contact with wall mounting resemble a telephone booth, besides they merge with street buildings, which makes such necessary things ineffective. Spetslab offered his design in the form of a detached policeman, strongly distinguished on a flat background terrain. Even psychologically, a metal pillar with pronounced colors of law enforcement agencies and a POLICE inscription resembles a living policeman, to whom I would like to turn in a life-threatening moment.
Moreover, we made this engineering object of the power structures out of solid steel, gave it eyes - video cameras, ears - microphones, language - speakers, even tactile feelings - a shock sensor, burglary, tilt, weapons - siren, flashing light and ... Well, also there is a light sensor (for on-off built-in backlight).
Her anti-vandal steel case does not allow to disable the system before the arrival of the police squad. The letters POLICE cut in steel cannot be covered with paint. 4-channel video gives an overview of all 360 degrees, transmitting to the duty of the video of all passing.
But the main point of the new system from the company Spetslab “Citizen-Police” is not so much anti-vandalism, but in the security logic, which is revealed only for the police on duty, sorry!
The signals from the sensors arrive at the center console. External devices can be controlled manually or automatically using the SL ++ multi-user logic language, both from a central console and autonomously, from a blazer.
In addition, when using ringing devices, both IP and GSM from Spetslab, all elements can be displayed on an interactive GPS-map, including on the Video table.
