“The decision of the judge of the Moscow City Court decided to restrict access to the Internet resource Rutracker.org on a permanent basis, and also to prohibit the defendant from placing, distributing and using the product of the above intellectual property,” the press service informs. Claims about the permanent blocking of the torrent tracker arrived on November 27th.
The publisher’s lawsuit concerned Victor Pelevin’s book “The Superintendent. The lawsuit "SBA-Production" - songs of the rapper, known as Guf. These are “Entry”, “Hobbies”, “Calm”, “Today and Tomorrow”, “On the Floor”, “Insomnia”, “Ballad”, “My Demons”.
The decision on the first life blocking
was made by the court at the suit of the publishing house Eksmo. Previously, the tracker
conducted a survey among its users as to whether it is worth going to meet the owners and agree with the blocking, and leave the content unchanged. Most users agreed with the blocking of the resource in Russia in order to leave all the links intact.
