Sol 952: an interactive panorama of Mars (Artists Drive) from Curiosity





At the moment, the Curiosity rover has crossed the mark already at 10 kilometers. Throughout its journey, the rover takes photographs that scientists then study. Many photos are laid out by NASA in open access, and photographer Andrey Bodrov makes interactive panoramas, combining images into a single whole.



The photos used to create the new panorama were taken with the 34 mm Mast Camera. The panorama used 135 images, the width of the panorama is 30,000 pixels.
