Ubisoft is greedy. "Clear Sky" waiting

The publishing company Ubisoft accused the manufacturer of Optical Experts Manufacturing CDs of criminal negligence. Which overlooked and missed the removal from the factory of a copy of the game Assassin's Creed, which ended up on the Internet six weeks before the official release.

Igrodels claim that according to their data, over 700,000 users have downloaded the stolen Assassin's Creed. While sales of the game did not exceed 400,000 copies. And now Ubisoft is demanding $ 10 million from Optical Experts Manufacturing. In addition, the manufacturer “must” Ubisoft also for this “moral damage”. Because, according to Ubi, the pre-release version of Assassin's Creed, which hit the Internet ahead of time, contained a bug. And this bug (supposedly already fixed at the time of the official release) was mentioned by many gaming media issuing reviews. Interestingly, the DVD maker is not even unlocked and has already admitted that it was his fault that the leak was made. Yes, and it seems to me that the claims are well founded.

By the way, now something similar is happening with the STALKER prequel - a new shooter from GSC called STALKER “Clear Sky”. On one of the popular forums, a certain user posted information that he already plays a copy of “Clean Sky” stolen from the factory. And posted a lot of screenshots that did not appear earlier on the Web. However, the guy is obviously either bluffing (this may be a PR move) or just a greedy one, because The image of the disk has not yet hit the torrents. Unfortunately, at the time of the preparation of this post by me, the moderators of the Gameguru and Ablosute Games forums have already cleared the flood about the theft of STALKER and made it clear that further discussion of this issue is not welcome.

Hmm ... A question for what awaits the release of "Clear Sky". If before August 29 (or at least until August 27) you find links to game downloads in torrents, will you download? Or will you wait for the release of the compact?
