Alarm clock in the style of "Back to the Future"

That same October 21, 2015 already, probably, managed to fill the teeth with teeth all over, so many times they wrote about him (and they write now). But I will not re-list the successes and achievements of science and technology of our time, comparing all this with the predictions made in the film.

Let's better look at how to make an alarm clock, very similar to what we saw in the time machine of the movie characters. It will look all this as shown in the anos photograph. If desired, this miracle of technology can be installed in your own car (although it will not be easy to do, yes). Yes, in the continuation - a lot of heavy photos, so be careful if your traffic is expensive.

How it all began?

The author began with the fact that he began to actively study the Arduino, learn to work with LED-displays, and try to establish interaction between all the elements of a simple yet scheme. Looking ahead, we can say that he did it all.



The author decided to use Adafruit's HT16K33 and their own library. The advantage is the ability to connect displays to each other via I2C. In addition, the system also has a DS1307 clock that tracks the current time.
