63-year-old woman arrested in Romania for using torrents

Romanian police arrested a 63-year-old woman for copyright infringement using BitTorrent. The arrest took place in the city of Cluj-Napoca, a criminal case was opened.

As part of the investigation, the police found out that the suspect had made a significant number of music albums, films and other content publicly available, without the appropriate permission of the copyright holders.
