At the moment, this is a record made possible by the new technology of fast building assembly from separate modules. The technology is developed by the same company.

According to the company, this speed of construction does not adversely affect the quality of the building being erected. Moreover, such a building can withstand an earthquake of magnitude up to 9.0 points. The cost of construction in this case is relatively low, and the characteristics of the “fast-building” correspond to or exceed the characteristics of ordinary skyscrapers.

There are air purification systems, air conditioning and ventilation. According to the developers of the new technology, the construction process puts less pressure on the environment than does the construction of conventional technology.
