Today we will try to recall the restrictions on the importation into Russia by mail, personally, and also think about what you can still import.
http://pe.usps.gov/text/imm/ps_013.htm - here, in principle, a fairly complete list of what cannot be received in Russia by mail, from popular it is:
- perfumes, aerosols, nail polishes,
- alcohol,
- tobacco products,
- weapons or parts of weapons,
- stones and metals,
- special products for fishing and so on.
In this list there is no such thing, but there are still a number of devices that are prohibited for export from the United States specifically to Russia, most often these are items of scientific value (microchips, electronic computing devices, etc.).
')
Most of this list, by the way, you can safely buy in Finland and bring it to Russia by car.

Therefore, it still makes sense to deal with the fact that it is impossible to import into Finland, namely:
- food of animal origin (while baby food, for example, can be no more than 2 kg),
- Drugs can be imported from the EU about as much as to take a year, from outside the EU for 3 months, this applies to prescription drugs and without them,
- flora and fauna on the verge of extinction, strictly speaking, you can import, but you need a special permit,
- weapon, etc.
Separately, I would like to dwell on counterfeit, it is prohibited to import into Finland naturally, but apart from this, any new product (which has not been used) with a suspiciously low price can be considered counterfeit, which is why it is important to indicate the real cost when registering packages in your personal account
pochta.fi .
As for the restrictions on the Russian-Finnish border, then it is worth remembering the limits of 1,500 euros and 50 kg of divisible weight per person. By car, you can carry and alcohol, and tobacco (in certain quantities), you can carry a sports weapon.
Recently, flying toys with a video camera have been added to the ban list. Well, do not abuse it with a lot of the same things.
If you have additions to this list, we will be happy!
