The Catholic organization Opus Dei, to which Dan Brown in his book The Da Vinci Code (later also screened) attributed horrendous crimes, sued the Romanian cybersquatter Sebastian Koga (Sebastian Koga) domain name OpusDei.ro.
The WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization, WIPO) website
reports that Opus Dei, acting as plaintiff, presented a number of evidence that the domain name should belong to it. For example, the defendant has no rights or legitimate interests in respect of a domain name that has been registered and used in bad faith. The defendant ignored all the claims, and the victory was left to the Catholics.
