Recommended requirements are not impressive, yes. But the developers say that for owners of powerful PCs will be where to turn. Including the promised lack of FPS restrictions in the game , fine-tuning the graphics, such a load as auto-traffic on the streets, etc. And yes, 4K is not the limit , they promise that GTA V will run on 8K monitors, yes, in real 8K, again, without FPS restrictions.
