But, despite the fact that the quadcopter not badly endures the blows of fate when flying young pilots, storing it unpacked is not very convenient, so one foreign craftsman printed a very convenient pocket case with a lock function and quick unpacking on a 3D printer.

In search of protection when carrying in the pocket of my micro quadrocopter Cheerson CX-10, I came up with such a case. It is about the size of a hockey puck. It is necessary to turn the upper part near the start button of the blades, put a quadrocopter, and with the help of a spring it closes again.

Here is how it works:
Three different printed three-dimensional form, one spring (length approximately 32mm, diameter 5.5mm), 4 bolts (not necessarily just such a quantity, I just had so much around).
Spring is placed in this channel.
The part that needs to be rotated for opening is superimposed on top.
The lid holds the rotating part and is secured with four M3 bolts that are screwed directly into the plastic. I could use cap nuts instead, but still this method turned out to be quite successful. I suppose I could also use small mounting screws or something like that, but I like the speed with which the bolts are screwed in with a wrench or cordless drill.
