One of the first steps towards creating a full-fledged medical site will be a specialized search engine. To this end, the company decided not to start development from scratch, but to purchase ready-made technology - together with the development company.

Medstory Inc. - A small Californian company that developed Medstory search engine, acquired by Microsoft. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Medstory’s search engine indexes primarily medical sites, US government regulatory documents regarding medicine, and other related materials. In the search results, he may invite the user to become familiar with the symptoms of similar diseases, appropriate medications and other related information.
