Chinese spacecraft successfully entered lunar orbit

According to Chinese media reports cited by Scientific American , their spacecraft successfully entered lunar orbit. The device rotates around the moon in an elliptical orbit (the minimum height is 200 km, the maximum is 5300 km) and makes a full revolution in 8 hours. This unit is a service module, part of the recent successful mission of “Chanye”. The various equipment on board will help you choose a place for your future mission, in which the return vehicle will have to reach the surface of the moon and return home with soil samples.

Zhao Venbo, Deputy Director of State Administration for Science and Technology of China, said: "This is the first time that a Chinese spacecraft passed an L2 (Lagrange point), after which the service module made three turns around the point, thereby expanding the space mission." At the moment, all the systems of the device are working normally.

The countries of the Asian region confirm their rapid and successful development with space achievements. In September 2014, the Indian spacecraft Mangalyaan entered the orbit of Mars . In November 2014, the Chinese Chunye 5-T1 lunar return vehicle successfully returned to Earth, which was able to fly around the moon and return home.
