The cost of the smartphone YotaPhone 2 in Russia from December 23 will increase by 21% - to 39.99 thousand rubles, the press service of the company Yota Devices told TASS .
The change in the price of YotaPhone 2 in Russia became possible due to the change in the ruble exchange rate from the end of November by 35%. At the same time, the company notes that it has changed the price by only 20%, which is 15% lower than the growth of the exchange rate, due to the fact that a significant part of the development of YotaPhone 2 was carried out by Russian specialists.
The increase in the price of YotaPhone 2 will not affect consumers who ordered the device through the online store YotaPhone.com until December 23.
