MasterCard will offer its customers interactive payment cards

Dynamics has signed a deal with MasterCard, in which the payment operator will offer its customers an interactive payment card developed by the company. The Dynamics Map is essentially an electronic gadget in the form factor of an ordinary plastic card with a magnetic stripe, which can be used to manage all user accounts, as well as purchases both on the Internet and offline. Dynamics recently received a $ 70 million round of financing from MasterCard for the development of its main product.

The Dymamics card is a piece of plastic with an electronic circuit, unlock buttons, light indicators, a monochrome display and a battery to ensure the operation of its electronics. The card can be used for online purchases - after unlocking with a simple alphanumeric keypad, the display will show part of the payment number (hidden in an inactive state), with which you can make a purchase. In order to pay in the POS terminal, the user does not need to enter a PIN code (this is done for security reasons) - after the owner unlocks, the account number for this purchase will be recorded on its magnetic surface, and after some time it will be deleted makes the card when it is lost or stolen by an intruder useless.

In addition to typical actions with a card, it, as an electronic gadget, can be programmed to manage user accounts and transfer money between them, receive or send bank payments, currency exchange and other similar operations, for which, in a similar case, a smartphone with set by the bank application. The usual headache for the owners is battery charge, as the company claims, is absent and you will not have to charge the card every evening.
