Finding interesting news online is not an easy task. Many sites are mired in informational garbage and try to attract traffic with loud headlines, without providing any valuable information.
It is interesting that in the 90s the same problem was with online information, when it was impossible to find anything. But then normal search engines appeared, and Wikipedia, the universal encyclopedia. Today the question arises: is it possible to do something similar for online news? This is how the project
Infobit.com appeared.
Infobit aims to do for news what Wikipedia has done for encyclopedic information, that is, to streamline it and teach in a convenient way.

The project took an unusual strategy to launch. Users are invited to register for participation, and then everyone will be notified of the start of work at a time when the number of registered will exceed
100,000 people.
At the same time, the
mailing list and
conference on Google Groups are open for communication.
It should be noted that the founder of the project - Larry Sanger - was one of the founders of Wikipedia, along with Jimmy Wales.
