Sony PlayStation turns 20

Exactly 20 years, on December 3, 1994, sales of Sony's iconic gaming system started in Japan. The following year, the console appeared in the US and Europe. At that time, solutions from Nintendo and Sega were popular among consoles.

Ken Kutaragi is the father of the PlayStation brand, who proposed Sony to create his own gaming system, but some executives thought the development of this brand was risky, but Sony head Norio Og supported his idea.
