Laser watches for 300 bucks burst balls and burn plastic

The US Air Force is testing the laser gun , and Patrick Priebe , after watching James Bond and having a lot of free time, made his own gun in hours. The laser power is 1500 milliwatts, and this is enough to burst balls, set fire to matches and cut scotch.
