Modular programmable robot made of cardboard

Zuri Zoobotics company plans to release a kit for self-assembly of the robot . The highlight is that they will only sell the necessary electronics and mechanics, and all the details of the hull and limbs users will need to make independently of cardboard. To complete the assembly of the robot, only a knife, a ruler, glue and a screwdriver are sufficient. In addition to the distance sensor and servomotors, the robot will be equipped with a Bluetooth module.



The modularity of the robot implies the possibility of combining different types of legs and bodies, which allows you to create a whole line of different designs. The control of the robot is assumed through the smartphone.

Since the project is currently at the prototype stage, Zuri Zoobotics plans to organize a crowdfunding campaign to start production.
