Of course, a number of questions arise here - for example, what if the “assistant” does something wrong, and does this “something” lead to the death of the victim? Probably, it is better to use such a device for physicians who are in the service at the airport, train station, supermarket and other crowded places. In this case, the use of the device is 100% justified.
