The launch of Cygnus was supposed to take place on Monday, but it was postponed due to an unknown vessel that was fixed in the ocean zone over which the spacecraft was to pass.
Cygnus was developed by a private company Orbital Sciences, which received a contract from NASA to cost 1.9 billion to carry out eight cargo launches to the ISS by the end of 2016. Cygnus is sent to the ISS for the fourth time. Each of the devices gets a personal name, the latter is named in honor of the American astronaut Donald Slayton.
