What is Equil Smartpen 2?

This is a smart pen, inside of which are electronic modules, sensors and ordinary inks. Pen can be written on paper, while the text immediately appears in the appropriate application on a mobile device or PC.

Equil Smartpen 2 features:

How it works?

The owner of the pen Equil Smartpen 2 writes or makes a sketch on paper with ordinary ink pens. Paper can be of any type, even a napkin.

Ultrasonic and infrared sensors recognize the position of the pen on the pen, and send all data to the receiver, from where information goes to the “cloud” or to any paired device with Equil installed.



It should be noted that two types of applications are used to work with text or images: EQUIL SKETCH and EQUIL Text.

EQUIL Text translates handwriting into electronic form. This application recognizes text by creating an electronic document that can be edited immediately.



Documents can be tagged for quick retrieval. The created document, if necessary, is sent to the "cloud" or by e-mail.

At the same time, the function of importing video, cartographic information, graphics or audio is supported.

EQUIL sketch transfers graphic information to an electronic document. Equil Smartpen 2 recognizes up to 600 levels of clicking on the pen. There is also the possibility of choosing colors and brushes.



In the process, the user can add lines and various shapes. The application supports layers, so the functionality of the application is sufficient for most users.

As in the previous version, the work can be saved on a PC or mobile device, as well as sent to the "cloud" or by e-mail.
