An eye for an eye: Rutube began to cut the quality of video to users who cut ads
For users of banner cutters like AdBlock, video on Rutube is now forcibly displayed in the minimum quality and with the appropriate notification:

Apparently, the service, which episodes of the popular TNT TV series are broadcast exclusively (in the top views - the Fizruk series as many as 9 million hits), decided to bring the Internet viewer's experience closer to the viewer: the ad immediately starts when the adblock on page video or when you pause during playback. During playback, a pop-up ad (disabled) is shown.
