Analog Skype from Rostelecom for 73 million rubles with blackjack and bookmarks

Rostelecom is planning to create its own service, which is reminiscent of Skype in functions: it will work on desktops, laptops, as well as on gadgets with iOS and Android.

Judging by the tender , the development will cost 73 million rubles.

Applications for participation in this tender were filed by Technoserv AS, LLC, C.T.AI LLC (CTI), Teligent LLC and Inline Telecom Solutions LLC. The results of the competition will be announced before November 7.
