From the press release on the bank’s website:
Any user who has a bank card and a Twitter account in France will soon be able to transfer money to another user simply, safely, for free via tweet.

The money-related service on Twitter already exists - this is the “Pay” button, which allows you to purchase something directly on the social network. And S-money is intended for individuals. In this case, the money you send, without knowing any bank data, card numbers or accounts, but only knowing the profile on Twitter.
I wonder how safe it will be, and how quickly fraudsters learn to do, for example, accounts with similar names and thus rob users?
