This morning, on April 18, Internet service providers
received a letter from Roskomnadzor with an urgent request to restart the “Auditor” software and hardware complex, which is used to monitor access to sites from the registry. "Auditor" hung because of the huge number of IP-addresses that were in the registry of prohibited.

Also, the letter said that operators need to check the addresses to which statistics are sent on blocked resources. When checking it turned out that both addresses are blocked.

Letter from Roskomnadzor
On Monday, April 16, Roskomnadzor, by a court decision, began to block the Telegram messenger in Russia, which led to problems with many Internet services. Today, there are more than 16 million IP addresses in the banned registry. It is noteworthy that this did not affect the work of the messenger in Russia.
In addition, today, users of the Pikabu.ru portal have
reported that some providers in Moscow and St. Petersburg have made available previously blocked resources without any workarounds. In particular, this is RuTracker.org, Grani.ru and Kasparov.ru.
