Sometimes the updated upload contains only 1 new IP address, sometimes a few hundred addresses. The last major update took place on the morning of April 22, when Roskomnadzor blocked the subnet 174.104.0.0/15 of Time Warner Cable Internet LLC at 131,092 addresses. Since then - only small small ones. But the day before, hundreds of thousands of addresses were added to the registry almost every hour: now, in addition to Amazon, Google and Microsoft, the Digital Ocean, Clouding.io, Hetzner, Online.net, OVH SAS and other hosters are blocked.
