The changes regarding the Raspberry Pi 3 are small, the most significant (in my opinion) highlighted in bold:
- Updated SoC Broadcom BCM2837B0, Cortex-A53 (ARMv8) 64-bit @ 1.4GHz
- Built-in Wi-Fi 2.4GHz and 5GHz IEEE 802.11.b / g / n / ac
- Bluetooth 4.2, BLE
- Gigabit Ethernet (again via USB 2.0, promise up to 300 Mbit / s)
- Support for Power-over-Ethernet support (using a separate PoE HAT module)
