Amazon for $ 59.99 per year offers unlimited cloud
Today Amazon announced two tariff plans Unlimited Photos and Unlimited Everything for data storage on Amazon Cloud Drive. The second of them offers not even 10 or 100 terabytes, but really unlimited data storage for any files for $ 5 per month or $ 59.99 per year. Unlimited Photos offers the same unlimited volume, but only for graphic files for $ 11.99 per year. In addition, 5 GB of storage for any other file types is attached to the photos of this tariff plan for free. Both tariff plans can be tested for strength for three months for free. Both desktop applications for Windows or Mac and mobile applications for iOS and Android are offered for file synchronization. Download the downloaded file, you can not have an account in Amazon. Previously, Amazon Cloud Drive offered users 5 GB for free. Then followed the line of tariffs, ranging from $ 10 per year for 20 GB of clouds and ending with 1 TB for $ 500.
Earlier, Bitcasa was offering a similar offer of unlimited storage in the cloud. Those who wished were offered to issue such a tariff plan for $ 100 per year, but a few months later they changed their mind . According to service statistics, the word “unlimited” turned out to be just an unnecessary exaggeration: only 0.5% of users found something to fill with 1 TB, and only 0.1% were not too lazy to use more than 10 TB. As a result, due to the migration of data to the new platform on November 15 last year, all such accounts were deleted.
