A good example of Easter eggs for programmers in the movie Ex Machina

In the 2015 British science fiction film Ex Machina (in the Russian localization " Out of the Car "), the main character is a humanoid robot with obvious female sexual characteristics named Ava. Its creator - an eccentric billionaire programmer, whose name is Nathan, organized everything so that Caleb, a young developer from Nathan’s company, flies into his laboratory that is far from human eyes. In a conversation between people, it turns out that Caleb has to do a Turing test with Ava — in other words, to find out if she has intelligence.

As it happens in many films, the characters of which are somehow connected with programming (usually some kind of hackers), the director often shows lines of program code on the computer screen, creating a peculiar atmosphere of mystery and incredible complexity. The same thing happened in the movie Ex Machina: in one of the episodes on Nathan's computer, you can notice some program displayed in the console:

Find out what the program in the foreground (in the background of some C-code), the user reddit with the nickname Infintie_3ntropy was not too lazy. Upon closer inspection, it became obvious that this is a Python program that prints a certain sequence of characters:

If we assume that ISBN is a unique number of a book edition (International Standard Book Number) and search for a book with this number, then you may find that its subject matter of artificial intelligence is the best match for the theme of the film: " Embodiment and the inner life: Cognition and Consciousness in the Space of Possible Minds . "
