How many Open Source projects are invented, developed and implemented in Russia?

According to statistics, more than 40 million people in Russia regularly or occasionally use the Internet ( 1 ), apparently, even more people have a personal computer at home or at work. Using various programs while working, people do not even realize that Russian programmers who promoted the Open Source movement worked on some of them. Unfortunately, there is no data as to how many people related to Open Source speak Russian.

Strange, but Russian developers are showing little activity and interest in promoting their projects, relative to their colleagues from other countries. We offer to arrange a kind of census of Open Source population. State yourself, tell us who you are and what you do. People should know their heroes!
