In fact, all sites work without https, some with a Comodo certificate work despite blocking - for example, mos.ru Or a public services site, although I think it still depends on where the link opens, most likely on some devices, both sites open without forced confirmation or turning off SSL will not (by the way, public services without SSL do not work)
