Nikolai Nikiforov, head of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, does not agree with the proposal of the State Duma deputy regarding restricting access to the Telegram messenger for Russian users. The Minister expressed the opinion that restricting access to messaging programs is a step towards blocking the entire Internet, writes Lenta.
