The growth for the month exceeded one million people, in February only through the State services and the application received 12.7 million federal services, in some regions of Russia the number of users registered on the portal exceeded 40% of the population.
In the Unified Identification and Authentication System (ESIA), 24.5 million people are registered, and in February 2016, the increase was 1.1 million. You can register and confirm your identity in ESIA at 10.8 thousand points in the country. Penetration of services in 30 regions of Russia is above 20%. At the same time, in the Primorsky Krai, the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, the Tyumen and Kaliningrad Oblasts, more than 40% of the population is registered in the system.
The indicator is below 10% in the Nenets and Chukotka Autonomous Regions, Trans-Baikal Territory, Dagestan, Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkaria and the Crimea, Sevastopol.
