Vladimir Putin: claims and complaints on the Internet should not be anonymous

Speaking at the All-Russian Forum of Entrepreneurs in Moscow, Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed an opinion regarding complaints on the Web about violations by control and alarm bodies. According to him, such complaints should not be anonymous, writes TASS. If the complaint or complaint is anonymous, then “this is not a complaint and is not a complaint, it is an anonymous letter,” the president said.

“It is easy to hide on the Internet: to be rude, call names and at the same time declare one’s extreme position. But if a person has a position, some claims, let him call himself, ”Putin said.

According to him, only one person worked well with anonymous letters - Beria. “And here, only one verifier worked well — Lavrenty Pavlovich Beria,” Putin recalled. The president left this comment as a response to the words of the head of the public entrepreneurial organization Opora Rossii that complaints about the work of business on the Web are often left anonymously or under false names.
