
The Lower House of the Parliament of Kazakhstan approved amendments to the draft law on information and communications. According to these amendments, anonymous comments on the network will be banned,

The document states that the owners of Internet resources will have to conclude written agreements with visitors using identification on the portal of "electronic government" or through sms identification. At the same time, a text message with a one-time password for entering into an agreement will be sent to the user's phone.
You can post comments both under your real name and under your nickname. Personal data will be depersonalized based on the rules defined by the agreement.

It is worth noting that site owners will have to store information that is used when concluding an agreement for the entire period of its validity, plus within three months after termination.
The bill was adopted as part of the concept of the development of the information ecosystem of Kazakhstan.
