Roskomnadzor posted a job "hacker"

This Friday, September 16, on the Superjob.ru resource from the Roskomnadzor account, a vacancy was posted for a “hacker” . The authenticity of the account (it was registered on the day of the posting of the vacancy), with which the announcement of the employee search was posted, was confirmed by both the representatives of the superjob and Roskomnadzor.

The office in the text of the vacancy directly states that the job requires not just an information security specialist, but a hacker, preferably with the experience of “black hat” , i.e. illegal hacking. At the same time, experience as a “White hat” is required.

Here is a complete list of requirements that Roskomnadzor sets for applicants:

• higher education;
• work experience more than 5 years;
• knowledge of Russian and international law in the field of personal data protection;
• experience in the field of information security, programming and "white hat";
• Black-hat experience is welcome;
• readiness to perform tasks throughout the territory of the Russian Federation;
• readiness for overseas travel.

In general, the entire list looks quite logical, except, as is usual, the presence of higher education, given that all hackers are self-taught. The fact that the future employee will fulfill the role of both a “shield” and a “sword” becomes clear not only because of the welcome experience of the “black hat”, but also from the formulation of tasks that will have to be solved:

• search and retrieval of materials hidden in third-party computers or computer networks;
• IDS DOS server protection;
• control over data transmission channels - HTTP / HTTPS, FTP, E-mail, IM, P2P, etc;
• information leakage prevention;
• blocking unauthorized access;
• protection of electronic documents;
• development of protection programs;
• technical support.

The list is rather wide, but the last two points confuse in it, namely “development” and “those. support". Now there are three options for applying the talents of a person who has settled on this position: real work as a hacker for the state, work as a human department, who should be able to do everything, but in fact cannot do anything, or everything will be reduced to the last point - technical support.

Whether the organization will find a qualified specialist is a big question. And not every “White hat”, not that “black”, will agree to become part of the RKN apparatus.
