The Iraqi Ministry of Communications made the courageous decision to turn off the Internet throughout the country for the second time. And it's not about censorship or the desire to prevent the activities of some revolutionary groups in the network, not at all. The Internet on May 14, 15 and 16 was turned off for 3 hours so that students would not write off on the exam. Of course, there are still cheat sheets, but now an increasing number of students are writing off the Web.

Interestingly, the government of Iraq took similar actions last year, but then the Ministry of Communications did not recognize the link between the disconnection of the network infrastructure and the exam. Now the secret has become clear - one of the country's Internet providers posted on Facebook an official letter received "from above".

It is clear that now several human rights organizations are against such actions of the government. Their representatives do not like the ease with which the Ministry of Communications of Iraq manages the Internet in the country.
