Iraq has disconnected the Internet for the second time in a year to reduce the number of works written for the exam.

Interestingly, the government of Iraq took similar actions last year, but then the Ministry of Communications did not recognize the link between the disconnection of the network infrastructure and the exam. Now the secret has become clear - one of the country's Internet providers posted on Facebook an official letter received "from above".

The disconnection was really made, there is no doubt about it.
It is clear that now several human rights organizations are against such actions of the government. Their representatives do not like the ease with which the Ministry of Communications of Iraq manages the Internet in the country.
