And it is necessary to select more cellular phones - the terrorists also use them. And then you can surf the Internet, ”said Klimenko.
He also added that the necessary measures to regulate the relevant sphere are already being taken. But absolute control is now impossible, besides, it would cost the budget very expensive. “At the moment in Russia it is impossible. It is technically very expensive. Simply ban in general, cellular communication should be closed immediately. This can be ensured only by the prohibition method, ”the adviser commented on the situation.

Every country in its sector must have sovereignty. The Americans are resisting this under the pretext that they have created the Internet and would like to control everything themselves, ”said Syromolotov.
