The bill "10 years for hentai" was adopted yesterday in the first reading

Mizulina’s long-suffering bill was unanimously adopted on first reading yesterday, and should be finally adopted in 2 weeks.

However, under pressure from the government, the most important thing was cut out of it - an article for personal storage .

Only the definition was left, and it is quite possible that it will be trimmed to more or less sane for the second reading.
So, since our law enforcement agencies have de facto used this definition for a long time (unless of course they really cut out imitations), nothing should change drastically.

1. The materials or objects with pornographic images of minors in this article and article 242.2 of this Code are understood as materials and objects containing any image or description for sexual purposes:
a) fully or partially nude genitals of a minor,
b) a minor who actually performs or imitates sexual intercourse or other sexual acts,
c) sexual intercourse or other acts of a sexual nature committed in relation to or with the minor,
d) or of an adult person, depicting a minor, actually committing or imitating sexual intercourse or other acts of a sexual nature.

Item "G" may be deleted, we'll see.
