decision of the Moscow City Court has entered into force today. The court ordered the blocking of these sites in October 2015, and today Roskomnadzor received two relevant decisions,

The first decision concerns 12 torrent trackers that were blocked by the “Baselevs Distribution” lawsuit, the second by the Bigcinema.tv website, which was blocked by the lawsuit of the “Network of television stations” company. All the resources mentioned in the court decision have already been entered into the Roskomnadzor registry.
The list of sites that will be blocked forever, except for Rutor.org, includes

According to the press secretary of Roskomnadorz Vadim Ampelonsky, resources will be blocked by the domain name. In the evening, operators will receive Roskomnadzor's notice of blocking sites for life, and will close access to sites on the territory of Russia.
The so-called lifelong blocking of Internet resources is carried out under expanded anti-piracy legislation. So, since May 1 of last year, amendments came into force that extend the effect of Federal Law No. 187-FZ of July 2, 2013 to music, books and software - this is the so-called “extended anti-piracy law”. Prior to that, it only extended to movies.
