About a week ago, a certain Evgeny Plotnikov, a resident of Yekaterinburg,
complained about his neighbor in Roskomsvoboda, confusing the site with Roskomnadzor. The complaint was that Evgeny connected to his neighbor's WiFi point (he called WiFi “FayVay”), and it turned out that all sites blocked in Russia open when working through this access point.
An interesting point is the fact that Yevgeny Plotnikov asked to take an apartment and all the property from a neighbor, to withdraw all this in his favor. A little later, the complaint nevertheless fell into Roskomnadzor, whose representatives gave an answer indicating that the concept of “enemy of the people” had not been used in the Criminal Code for a long time. All this was more like a joke than the truth, and, fortunately, it turned out to be a joke.
The same complaint')
Well, here is the official answer of Roskomnadzor, or rather, part of the answer:

A little later, the police nevertheless came to a resident of Yekaterinburg, who replied that he had not written anything like that
and had not sent : “I asked to select an apartment for visiting enemy sites? What do you mean? I have a computer and the Internet, but I almost do not use it. Two weeks ago (in mid-November 2015, before the official response from Roskomnadzor), they already came to me from the police, saying that they were working on my application. I explained to the police that I did not write to anyone. Why do I need this? They checked outgoing mail, found nothing. ”
Now a letter has come to
Roskomsvrub , the author of which turned out to be a fairly well-known
pranker Yevgeny Volnov . According to pranker, he is the author of this appeal. Representatives of Roskomsvoboda confirmed that this is indeed the case: “We received a letter from this character, so it would be foolish to hide the sender’s address in this case - plotnikovev@rambler.ru. We will not give advertising to his services, which he indicated in the letter (from the instructions of which the letter itself consists) will not be given, those who wish will find themselves. ”
