Roskomnadzor denies its involvement in problems with access to the Vimeo service

Yesterday, April 1, the network reported that the popular video hosting Vimeo was again blocked by Roskomnadzor. The reason for such conclusions was the situation four months ago, when the ILO, at the request of the Russian Prosecutor’s Office, restricted access to the Flame of War propaganda page of an ISIL terrorist organization.







However, today, in the official group of Roskomnadzor in the popular social network Vkontakte, a refutation of Roskomnadzor ’s involvement in restricting access to the Vimeo service was published this time:

All its locks, even such resources as Github, are reported directly to the public by the RKN, so this time the problems with Vimeo were caused by something else.
