For the introduction of anonymity of Internet users of state officials, the Ministry of Communications proposes to make changes to the Rules for the provision of telematic communication services and the Rules for the provision of communication services for data transmission.

The Ministry of Communications proposes to remove from the contracts with telecom operators, which are concluded by government bodies, the item on disclosing their employees' data using Internet access. For other corporate users, this requirement is maintained.
