Bought tickets for miles Aeroflot. Could not fly. How to return money / miles?

I warn you at once that the quest described below was implemented last year and maybe some moments are not relevant, but the essence does not change - if you move in the proposed direction - everything will turn out :).
I tried to specify only the essence ...
So, if you have already bought a ticket (including someone else's name) for Aeroflot + miles for miles, and suddenly realized that you could not fly, no matter for what reasons, then I recommend:

1. Save the ticket number and reservation number.
2. Be sure to take off from the flight via the Aeroflot hotline (8-800-444-55-55 - for Russian regions) before departure.
3. Next, in the local clinic you get a certificate of outpatient treatment with the dates of treatment. The date of commencement of treatment should be at least the next day after the day of departure (ideally on the same day). Make a scanned copy of the help.
4. In the nearest branch of Aeroflot (read at the nearest airport) we submit a certificate, a memorial warrant from the bank about payment for the ticket (if the payment was a card), a copy of the ticket and an application (to be filled in place) for a refund (fees). Return to the card.
5. We are waiting for the money. I got about a week.
6. Only after a refund, we create a message using the feedback form of the Personal Cabinet. The text is about the following:

Good afternoon, I issued and paid for the Award Ticket #_____________, the passenger's name (the name as on the ticket), but had to withdraw from the flight for medical reasons. Documents were returned to the Aeroflot office to return funds (certificate of outpatient treatment, payment documents), documents were accepted, Aeroflot PJSC returned money (return date). Please consider returning your award miles in the amount of (number of miles). Thank.

After creating the appeal, a copy will fall into your email box - it came in handy to me.

8. If there is no answer after 30 days, send an e-mail a copy of the application to the address 'callcenter@aeroflot.ru'; 'bonus@aeroflot.ru'; 'openline@aeroflot.ru' with approximate text:

Please indicate the status of the appeal # (the number of the appeal), as well as the decision of the Claims Management Section of the Claims Department of Aeroflot PJSC regarding the described situation.
Please take into account art. 125-128 of the Air Code of the Russian Federation, where a 30-day period for consideration of claims is established from the date of their receipt, in case of non-compliance with contracts of air transportation in established cases for domestic and international transport.

9. Two weeks later, Aeroflot reports that it returns miles to you, in the hope that you will no longer write to them.
