Improving opportunities for finding vacancies and specialists at My Circle
Today we will show new search features on My Circle . First of all, they, in our opinion, will be useful to those who constantly use our service, as well as those who have to work with complex filters.
For job seekers — on a job search — and for employers — on a search by specialists — we added the ability to memorize search filter settings. And for applicants, we have added the ability to look for suitable vacancies.
To begin with, let's say that we more clearly showed the selected filters, so that immediately, without scrolling the page, you could see what you are looking for. The selected filters are displayed immediately below the search bar, you can quickly turn them off right from here by clicking on the corresponding cross.

If you are a job seeker and are regularly looking for jobs with the same parameters, the filter set that you once created can now be saved, so that the next time you can return to the desired sorting with one click. To save the current set of filters, click the button “Remember current filter”.
Similarly, if you are a recruiter and are regularly looking for specialists on the same parameters, you can create the filter you need once and remember it for later use. Up to 10 of these filters can be memorized.
Finally, we added a new "Eligible" tab on the job search page. On this tab, we show the jobs that best suit you personally. The list of such vacancies is generated automatically, based on the skills that you have indicated in your profile. The more skills from your profile are indicated in the vacancy and the more precisely their position in the vacancy relative to each other corresponds to your skill order, the more suitable we consider this vacancy. In addition to skills, we also consider your location, readiness for remote work and relocation in the selection of suitable vacancies.
