Brief Service Description
Among the advantages of the service, as many users note, is a quick start and the lack of unnecessary functionality for small and medium businesses. Subsystems of warehouse accounting and trade automation, the creation and unloading of documents, the workplace of the seller-cashier and other services are presented.
To automate the online store, integration with many well-known CMS, such as 1C-Bitrix, Opencart, WooCommerce and InSales, has been carried out. The system also allows you to upload data about products to Yandex.Market without the need to create your own online store, to the social network VKontakte, via VK Goods with automatic photo upload.
Integration with CMS makes it possible to transfer orders from the online store to the system, and stock balances back.
Mobile applications on iOS and Android have also been created to work with outlets, which allow organizing a cashier’s workplace — a mobile cash register operating on a tablet or smartphone. Of course, the application works with the appropriate trade equipment for printing cash and sales receipts, and, like all modern cloud POS applications, if necessary, allows you to work in offline mode with subsequent data synchronization.
CRM features
The system allows you to customize sales funnels in different directions, for example, wholesale and retail sales.

Telephony features
Integration allows you to identify the client at the time of the call, receive calls and make calls directly from My Warehouse quickly and conveniently. When an incoming call is in My Store, a customer card pops up - you can immediately see who is calling. For a new lead, you can create a card right during a call. The call history is recorded in the service, and you can listen to the recording at any time by clicking on the links of the corresponding calls in the browser.
If you need to expand the functionality of the functionality when integrating PBX with a CRM-system, customization is possible according to your requirements.

How to setup?
Open the integration widget and fill in the fields:
- the address of the telephony provider is http: // <server address> /api/integration/moysklad.php;
- The address of MoySklad API is generated automatically, it needs to be transferred to PBX (see below);
- access key - generated when you click on the button “Create access key”. You also need to transfer it to the PBX;
- extension numbers are filled in accordance with the system users;
- To activate the widget you need to tick the "Connected";
- and click "Save".

Then go to the IP-PBX Zeon. Menu> System> Integration. Find the tab "Integration with the MoySklad service."
- Turn on the state "On"
- Enter the address from the widget
- And the secret key that corresponds to the "Access Key" in MoiSklad
- Press the "Save" button
